I see nothing wrong with the seller's 'Seller' portion of feedback. The listing states 'new and in box', not refurbished or any of that jazz.

These things sell for $350 at the store and generally for $300 on eBay. Why did nobody else bid on the one that I won? Is anything weird goin on here?

Thanks for your time!

  1. I didn't see anything too fishy...although I did notice that the listing says 160 GB and so does the "additional stock details" but the description in the top box says 80 GB.  And I don't think I've ever seen the two "seller accepts responsibility for all content in this listing" notes before...   But honestly, I don't think that's too low a price for it to be fishy.  As a matter of fact, we have a video ipod just like it and we got it for $250 at Best Buy, so...

  2. Pewrhaps you just managed to sneak through.

i assume you lookeda t the seller's record to determine nothing is afoul or afoot
