Veterans Compensation. I had a comp & pension exam then my file was sent out for a consult. What does it mean?

The C&P doctor confirmed all of my diagnosis. I have that report. The RO sent it out for a consult

  1. Consult is short for consultation.

    You will have to go to other physicians for evaluations, to help determine whether or not you will qualify for a VA pension.


  2. They are going to send you to a ton of doctors before this is finished.  I had to go have my eyes check, see a neuro, tons of tests.  It took two years to get my 100% disability.  Get ready.  It is nowhere near over.
