Veterinary School in Toronto?

Can you give name of schools (University/College) that offer Veterinary Course .

and im currently in grade 12 , what credits should i take to be a veterinarian ?

Biology and Chemistry are needed...I believe a senior math is also needed...like calculus, trigonometry or something like that
