Veterinary assistant - Highschool Courses? Help ASAP!?

Hi! I'm starting grade 12 in September, and I was wondering which courses would be most beneficial to take in high school before training as a vetrinairy assistant? Thank you so much!

Classes in Biology would seem very useful before training to become a vet's assistant.  If there is a second level biology offering in your school, I would recommend your taking it.  Other sciences like chemistry might be useful as well--but that would only be to study the compounds/molecules used for medicines, etc.  I would take an anatomy class as well--it will give you an appreciation for the internal workings of human beings and animals.  Overall, however, I would highly recommend a class in biology or in animal/environmental science.
