are there any places in milwaukee, wi that offer pay off service? where i can take the dog to a visit and pay them off later???? please i really need this i have no money right now and i need to take my dog

I don't know of any for sure.  I would just pull out the yellow pages and start calling.

One that seems rather likely is St. Paul Vet, which is on 27th and St. Paul.  Considering the 'hood it's in, payment plans seem rather likely.  I used to go there and it's ok.  It's also apparently relatively reasonable.
