The 24-year-old had been a prolific goalscorer for the Russian outfit and has wished to land at Volkswagen Arena. The player was confident about his success at Wolfsburg and seemed determined to cement his place in the club’s starting line-up upon his possible
arrival in Germany.
Spartak officials, on the other hand, confirmed about Wolfsburg’s interest in their striker and seemed content with the 10 million Euro offer. They told that the transfer fee has been agreed upon by both clubs but the player won’t be leaving immediately
until a replacement is found.
