VfL Wolfsburg midfielder Koo Ja-Cheol tears ligament in training – Bundesliga news 
South Korea and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/VfL-Wolfsburg-c40881 midfielder, Koo Ja-Cheol, has been ruled out for an indefinite amount of time due to a torn ligament. The player was training with Die Wolfe squad but had to come off the field after complaining about an injury.
X-ray reports run on the injury have now revealed that the midfielder is suffering from a torn ligament and could be out for up to three months.
Ja-Cheol expressed utter frustration at his injury right at the start of this year’s campaign. He told that it wasn’t a great feeling once the pain started but accepted the fact that he needs to sit on the sidelines for an indefinite amount of time. The
midfielder, though, vowed to make a quick recovery from this long term injury.
South Korean national side have also been affected by Koo’s injury as he was an important part of head coach Cho Kwang-Rae’s future plans. The Taegeuk Warriors are due to face http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lebanon-c2939 on September 2, but the Wolfsburg man won’t be taking any part in that
2014 World Cup qualifier.
South Korea will then face http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lee-Chung-Yong-c21873, who is already out for nine months due to a fractured leg.
While talking to a local news channel, the midfielder’s agent, Choi Wol-Gyu, added, "It's hard to say how long he will have to rehab, but it doesn't look so promising. Koo told me he isn't feeling good about this."
The 22-year-old Korean is set to undergo more tests which will further clear the extent of his injury. Koo made a 69th minute appearance against Bayern Munich last Saturday, coming on for experienced Hasan Salihamidzic. Wolfsburg lost that game
by a 1-0 margin.
The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jeju-United-c39602 man tied knots with Die Wolfe in 2011 and has 11 league games under his belt so far. He is yet to open his goalscoring account for the club. The youngster earned his South Korean debut in 2008 and has eight goals to his name until
now from 20 international caps.
