  2. Hi Jadey,

I'm not sure what your budget is. However, I could recommend the region that you should look at for your romantic getaway with your boyfriend :).

    DAYLESFORD

I quite like Daylesford (approx 1.5 hrs drive north west of Melbourne). This is the spa region. You could enjoy Natural hot spring pool at the Hepburn spring.

Most of the accommodation ranging from B&Bs, Cottages, or rooms have spa :). You could get a massage in one of the many spa centre and walk around the main shopping street at Daylesford. Daylesford main street is very cute, it's full of cafes, restaurants and cute shops. It's quite romantic to go for a stroll after dinner there. Nearby there's a lake house

You could come here for lunch or coffee, or just get a massage and then you can walk around the lake. It's such a nice place.

In Daylesford, other than the spa and nice cafes and restuarants, cute shopping, you could visit vineyards nearby. You could also visit a lavender farm.

    TORQUAY

My second favourite place to get away is around Torquay. It's about 1.5-2 hrs drive west of Melbourne. It's a coastal drive. The drive itself is quite pleasant as you drive through The famous scenic Victorian coastal drive - The Great Ocean Road. I like Torquay area because of the beach. You could go for a walk in the beach, visit lighthouses, do a walk around one of the many national parks (could do waterfall walk). It's such a vibrant beach style getaway.

There're many choices of B&Bs and I personally use this website to look for accommodation for my romantic getaway :). This way I could use the keywords and see how much money I could spend and what options of B&Bs I could get :).

    Hope this helps :)!
