Victim of credit card fraud. How can I send them to jail?

I ordered a product from a particular Indian website for Rs.1500. One hour later I cancelled the order. But they charged me Rs.2500 on my credit card and also did not deliver the product. And they are not repling to any email I send. Where can I file complaint against them? The only contact given on the website is an email id, there is no phone number or postal address mentioned.

you need to make a complaint to your credit card company. They will usually tell you to give them 30 days to comply and then call back. Your credit card company will then proceed with collections and credit your card.

i think u should do both the above, first call ur bank which is issued the creditcard and tell them immediately this thing. next go to the cyber crime department and complaint to them, they can spot out the computer from which he cheated u,
