Victoria Lindsay incident?

So what happened to those 8 piece of sh** teens that kindapped that girl? I heard some of them are walking? Is that true? Or are they going to prison?

Three of them had there charges dropped due to insufficient evidence (the two boys and Cara Murphy). Two of them had their pre-trail ristrictions eased (Mercades Nichols and Brittni Hardcastle). No word yet as to when the actual trial will take place. The link provided below has more information, including victim and perp testimonials/statements. BTW, Victoria is doing fine. In fact, it doesn't seem like this incident affected her at all. She is currently pregnant, drinking, and still "trash talking" on myspace.
