  1. If your camera doesn't support firewire or USB and didn't come with any software you will need to interface with your computer. To keep this very easy

is a USB tuner that basically you plug the cc into and play it into the record software that comes with it. Now you have a file that can be made to run in a DVD player.

If your camera doesn't have firewire or usb to plug into the computer there's nothing that can be done except my other suggestion.

  2. You need to give more info...what kind of camcorder, what kind of computer. Without buying anything new sounds virtually impossible but without knowing more info its hard to say. You need a capture card to be able to capture the video into your comp. You need DVD software and a DVD burner. Depending on your camcorder, you may need an analog to digital converter to convert an analog signal to digital to get into your comp. If  your camcorder is new you may already have USB and or Firewire ports on the camcorder and can import video that way to your comp. There is a plethora of things you may need to make this happen.
