Hello, I am looking to purchase a new video card for my PC, and I have 2 questions. 1. What is the major difference between gddr4 and gddr3? 2. I have looked on my control panel and my PC say I am currently using a PCI slot for my video card, can I use a PCI express in that same slot or no? My computer is a HP pavillion a6238X if that helps, thank you
