Video Conference Programs for Mac?

I have a MacBook and I want a program that will allow me to transfer and receive video, sort of like Skype, except I need it to recognize my HD Cam or DV Cam and use the Cam instead of the built in iSight. I know iChat recognizes my DV Cam, but I really want one that can recognize my HD HDD Cam. Any advice, help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Most HDD cams do not provide for web streaming. Not a Mac issue - If your HDD cam does, instructions on how to do that will be in the manual. If it does not, no instructions in the manual.
