Video Editing?

If possible, can someone tell me how to do the effect where multiple clips play in one screen. for the example the beginning in this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T56Vsov-tmo. I am using Vegas 8.0 pro to edit.

Go under "My Computer" then right click C: Drive and click format that will fix it

You'll need the individual clips on separate track on the timeline.  You can resize and position each of them with pan and zoom.  If you want to get more creative, have a look at the cookie cutter effect.
