Video Mode - Orion 27" TV - Model stv2555A

I can find no way to change from TV mode to video mode. The remote doesn't have the standard "TV/VCR" button that many remotes have. If i use the RCA jacks on the TV I don't get any picture or sound from my dvd player, video games, etc. because I can't get away from TV mode.Thanks for your help.
