The title pretty much explains it all, I would like to make a video on youtube. For my video camera, I have a Sony CCD-TRV138 NTSC Handy cam. The only cable I have is the one for the TV. My computer has a HP Pocket Media Drive bay I don't know what that is or if it could help. But PLEASE HELP me :)

  1. you mean a cord that connects to the TV antenna and uses channel 3?  for that you need to get a USB TV tuner. they are not expensive and work with any USB capable computer. if you continue on with your video hobby, you really need to get a digital camcorder with a complete set of cords.

  2. Aside from what you have now, You'll be needing another harware which depends on your pc capability and your budget.

Specifically, you'll be needing a video converter (be it pci or portable) to be able to convert your analog video to digital before it can be uploaded and saved into your pc. This hardware is usually bundled with the software needed to get you going.

Better bring your pc (cpu only) when buying the hardware since many types and forms are available depending on your pc configuration.

    Have a nice day!
