Video camera??

I want to buy a video camera but i'm not sure what type to buy. What is the best type DVD, mini DV, hard drive, high definition or flash memory. I only want to spend around $250. Also i want a camera that is easy to put videos on the computer. So which one should i get???

you can't really get high def (hd) for that price. only standard def (sd) is available.

i would go with 3 ccd using mini dv. look for separate balanced audio input (would probably be a 3.5mm jack in)

look for a cam that has 'fire wire' plug. this is best for importing and export video in real time.

there are a few disadvantages with hdd, flash and dvd. mini dv is better than all of these.
