i have a cannon zr850 and i want to be able to upload videos onto youtube. i realize that the first step in doing this is that i need to get the videos off of my camera and onto my computer. the camera is a mini dv but i use a multimedia card. the camera came with a usb plug (which i lost >.>). My only problem is that im not sure wether to buy another usb plug or something called a firewire plug...? ive heard that you can only get pictures onto your computer with the usb plug, and need a firewire plug to upload better quality videos. one more thing: i have an older pc which runs on windows xp. do i need some kind of converter so that i can use a firewire plug? can someone please help me because i dont have much of a clue....
