Video capture card already on my PC?

Hello I am wanting to transfer video footage from my Sony Hi8 camcorder to my PC. I have an HP m7790e Multimedia PC with TV Tuner card, however i am not sure if it has the capability to capture video from the camcorder? I know i have S-video and composite video connections in the front. I am just wondering if i need to purchase a video capture card or if this PC already has one.

The s-video port on the front is for capturing video. The RCA style connections are for audio. All you need is the software, a nonlinear editing program.
