Video card Suggestions please?

I recently bought a Dell Optiplex. Everything on the computer is super fast like 4GB of RAM and 250GB of HDD space. EVerythign is perfect except its video card. It realy sux!!! Here's a picture of the site that i use http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa107/azadbal/Untitled-3.jpg

It analizes ur computer to see if you can run certain games. Just google "Can you run it". as u can see, everything is fine except for the video card. at the top of the screen it says that recomended system requirments have failed all becuase of the video card.

So i ask u, what r some suggestion for cheep but good video cards that can run games Like Team fortress 2 with a good Frames Per Second count. Im not asking a video card that can run Crysis.

8800gs is on sale at newegg.com for $70-$80

probably the best card in terms of performance/price ratio

I'd say a Radeon 2600XT... Or maybe a Geforce 9600GSO - the 8800GS and 8600GTS suggested by earlier posters are good choice, too.  All under $100 and all quite capable for games like Team Fortess 2, Half-Life 2 etc.
