Video clip on e mail?

i answerd a question about a pool shot and have a video of the shot being made how or can i attach a vid clip to a email im not to slick on this stuff , its a called 8ball off the break shot

HIT THE 2ND BALL ON THE RACK IF YOU BREAK ON THE LEFT SIDE YOU PUT BOTTOM RIGHT ENGLISH
