Video clips playinhg faster than audio in Sony Vegas???

Please help if you know how to solve this, im about to pull my hair out... LOL but seriously...

Video and audio getting out of synch is a common problem if you've captured the video via USB.  Try capturing the video with firewire.

Right click on  the video clip.  Then press insert/remove envelope. Then  velocity.  There will be a green line going through the middle of the video.  Just pull it down for it to go slower or pull it up to go faster.
