Video conference for windows mobile device?

Any video conference software to turn ATT Tilt (TyTN II) into a mobile webcam/video conference device? if not looking for any flash based webcam online for flash 7 only since that is the latest for windows mobile!

ps. Qik, Comvu and etc works good, but not for my purpose.
