Video effects not working. D; please help.

Question

Well, i have a Logitech web cam.

and i want to get video effects.

but i cant, becasue it doesnt work,.

i got to the logitech website, and i find

a video effect i want, and i download it.

there are two options, save or open.

either way makes it go into your video effects.

i do both, save and open.

after that, at the bottom of my screen it says

" __ has beeen downloaded into your webcam"

or something like that.

and i look at my video effects, and its not their.

please help.

i have the same problem! but i found out it depends what webcam you got. youve had to get one of the 60$+ to get most of the good effects. but I just go to http://www.cameroid.com/ and they have really cool webcam effects that you can use:)
