Video full screen problem?

while watching a video from a website such as mlb i have come up with a problem when trying to view it in full screen mode.i get a message that configuration does not allow full screen . could use some help thx

USE THE VGA CARD I.E EXTERNAL GRAPHICAL CARD WHICH SUPPORTS FOR UR SYSTEM........AND UNINSTALL UR PREVIOUS VGA DRIVALS AND INSTALLL THE NEW ONE.....

change the Vga card onto your motherboard  or install a new vga card on pci slot..
