if ur not 16 can you still go to the VMA's?

im 15 and like more than three quarters lol

ill be 16 ten days after the VMA's will they still accept me cuz i know it says u n ur guest must be 16 n have an I.D. but do u really need to?

Wow, your birthday is 1 day after Nick Jonas's, and I think you can go,  I'm not 100% sure though, they might want valid student ID
