Question:

Video playback is distorted and has no sound

Camera use to be fine with nice video play back and sound than one day it has no sound and the video has choppy picture with little square pixels. I have tried cleaning it with head cleaner tape with no results. Please help?? It is a Panasonic PV-GS32.
