Video problems with Vizio

VW32 LCD HDTV10A is this particualr model, and Ive rad up on many reviews, Im notthe only one with this problem. Basically my video just cuts out and alot of lines come up on the screen, and a horrible screeching noise comes out of my tv. The only way I can make it stop is if I unplug the tv ( I cant power it off with the power button)
