Video recording time on samsung j700 mobile phone?

hi guys, can anybody tell me if they know how to extend the camcorder recording time as at the moment its only 19 secounds and then saves it. I have tried changing the size of the format but it makes no differnce

i have that problem with my samsung g600

apparently its the memory

but i have a memory card aswell

soo i donttknow

you need to free up some space in your memory
