Video recording using screen recorder....

Question

When i record vids using a screen recorder, what is the amount of frames i want to record per second in order to get the smoothest non laggiest video in the end? also what quality feedback should i have it set to?

DemoCreator is a good and easy screen recorder whose default setting is 24 frames per second. I think 24 is ok.
