Video recording with camera plz help professionals?

how do u make the video snowy and night time if you are recording on a sunny day. is this possible? in professional recording though. and how much will it cost you to make the background like that?

Rent a warehouse, build a set...

$5,000 - $500,000 or more depending on how elaborate the set needs to be. This way, it does not matter what time of day it really is - you are inside in the set and can control lighting, audio, pretty much everything.

If it is just a single small encampment, that's pretty easy. If it is a whole city block, that gets more challenging. If it is bigger, and you need cars and stuff, then it is easier to just go on location somewhere... If it is just snow on the ground, that is easy - but if it is a blizzard, then that is a lot of effort... big fans, feeding fake snow, etc...
