Video resizing!?

Question

I have a 2 min video filmed on my digital camera but as its bigger than 300MB it wouldnt up load onto face book. I know how to make pics smaller but not films. I tried making it into a zip file but it wouldn't accpet it. Does anyone know how I can make it smaller?

I would recommending converting it to a wmv or mp4 format using a video converter.
