Hi guys , im just making a video using the windows movie maker, and let me tell my problem in points -

a. The video that i do comes perfectly on the preview , the resolution

and everything is perfect, I actually used two clips to make the movie and both of them were fine .

b. But once i published the movie in the recommended format and i also tried the other qualities, one of the clips that i used didnt come correctly i.e the height of the clip was cut short into half and it only comes for half the screen the other half is green, but in the preview its perfect.

c. I dunno what the problem is , but im guessing that it might be the file type, the clip was in mp4 format (converted from avi to mp4) and the other clip which came right was in avi format , could that be the reason

d. and one more thing when i converted the problematic clip back to avi format, it did not even play in the movie maker theres just a black screen , but outside separately it played !

please help me thank you very much !
