Video to iPod...???

Ok, so there is this video that is on Youtube that I would like to have on my video iPod....is that possible? and if so, please tell me how......oh and if it is illegal, then nevermind, lol...

umm try dvdvideosoft.com and download youtube to ipod  and take the url frum da video and put it in the program press convert and wen itz done go to output folder and look for the name of the file that you converted and drag it to to the video folder on the ipod
