VideoSpin, URGENT QUESTION!!!?

I need to make a movie for my brother like NOW, but all my videos are mpeg4, and windows movie maker doesn't support that. I've tried using converters but the ones i've downloaded take too long to convert ONE file. And I tried downloading videoSpin and Sony Vegas, but both of them said they can't download cuz im not connected to the internet, but I AM. Please help, suggest another program or tell me how i can download videoSpin or Sony Vegas.

Idk..but i just wanted to say that i made a video with videospin and it turned out all d**n blurry for some reason. Idk if it always does that or it's the trial or something. Movie maker sucks.
