Videos from Camera onto iPod?

I own a Sony DSC-W90 and I would LOVE if I could put the video I took on it onto my iPod. The computer doesn't let me, and I was wondering if anyone knew a way to put the videos onto my iPod. Sorry if this is in the wrong section... and thanks so much.

If on a PC, WinFF is the program to rip the Sony AVI films into a format that the ipod can understand.

On a Mac, use iPod Video Converter for Mac.
