I watched videos of criminals in Iran being hanged by a crane.

As soon as those men are being raised in the air, it seems that they did not struggle at all, they didn't kick their legs or move a single muscle. Did they died instantly? Is it likely a person being hanged would not suffer at all?

  1. I believe it all has to do with the "talent" of the hangman. You can do it "wrong" and the person can suffer alot, the head can come off. I heard they did it "wrong" with Saddam. It was the same with chopping heads off, a good axeman was needed. The guillotine was invented as an improvement because it got the job done without the aid of an expert. It is the same today with drug injection, the reason why that situation is up before the Supreme court because sometimes a person suffers and that is unconstitutional.

  2. if someone being hanged, as far as I know, the rope will instantly break his neck, so he will die as soon as he is being raised in the air.

  3. Sad, too sad humankind haven't found an effective way to correct criminals. As to your question, I would think they died instantly since the rope would stop the flow of blood through the jugular

  4. I hope they are hanging religious men, who are infected with a

bloody virus called " HATE ".
