On video, you would set it on a tripod, making sure you don't even move the camera at all. It is best if you have a remote control.

step 1:

You would then record - like yourself - for a few second and then pause it or have someone pause it.

Step 2:

Then you would move to where you think the next shots is. Then when you get to the place you'd repeat Step 1.

Then repeat Step 2.

If you have an editing software for video you can edit it as you like it - how ever the movements you want.
