I've lived in Hanoi. Back then, Viet girls were quite conservative, especially when dealing with foreigners.

They looked lovely in the ao sais.

I find the Thai and especially the Laotian girls much more fun-loving ... but that may be because I find those languages easier.

It is anyway "dangerous" to generalize and stereotype.

I think they are special and I am married to one from Hue.  They are intelligent, hard workers, beautiful, romantic, and have fantasic values.  Cheers C

They are the same as any girl! I don't see a difference.

Except if I had to choose between a flippino girlfriend or a vietnamese girlfriend.  

I'd go with the Vietnamese girl, no contest. :-D

Some of them can be pretty, others are just ugly.

I think the girls from HUE are pretty.  Viet Nam has gotten quite modern now. Pretty soon, Thailand girls and Singapore girls will be jealous. LOL!
