I am a foreigner working in Hanoi and Ho chi Minh holding an account with eximbank.Do eximbank have the internet banking faclitiles.And transfer fund back to my country

  3. Well if you are there why don't you go to the bank at Hanoi and ask them this question yourself, its your money?
