I don't know if Viet boy/girl bands even exist, do you mean in VN or over here? But you should hit up the "Paris By Night" vids for Viet music, or "Asia" ones if that's what you're into. I've never heard of a Viet band that sings contemporary style music in Vietnamese though, sorry.
