I want to cook some vietnamese cuisine, anyone knows any site providing the instructions to do so...please let me know. I particularly like "Gỏi cuốn", "Phở" and other dishes

do some simple is the best way, so we can do at home - ex Goi cuon and Pho and Spring rolls are popular and very easy to do.

I like the same yours, For Goi cuon you need - Rice paper and all kink of vegetable - lettuce, herbs - especially CHIVE - and boiled pork , cooked prawn, vermicelli, put together and roll - don't take too many serious advices and make you feel difficult to do - make it easy - PHO you only need Beef bones - stews many hours and onion, ginger put together - buy some Pho noodle , and then put together - ready to eat - Should choose the simple and easy way to follow...
