I always thought, since communism is supposed to take money from the rich and give it to the poor for a classless society, it would be ideal for countries on the poor side like Vietnam. And you know how communist countries always ally with eachother no matter how evil the other countries government is? I don't know of that in Vietnam. In fact, during the khmer rouge tragedy in Cambodia, Vietnam sent troops to fight their communist neighbor. Was this because of the evil genocide or was it from other interests??? From people with experience in this subject, has communism treated the Vietnamese good? Is it "ideal"? Or does it make life hard? Is the government abusive? Does it tolerate religion? Are the people on a "short leash" aka "ball and chain"? Does the government give money to the poor lower class like it's SUPOSED to? What is it like?
