what percentage of vietnamese people are mixed with chinese?

  1. The largest mixture of Chinese into Vietnamese ended up some 1000 yrs ago when VN got independent from China. Since then there have been no similarities except marriages btw Vietnamese and Chinese through Chinese immigration into VN.

    Today, the Hoa (Chinese original) live in Chợ Lớn Area in HCMC. Most of them are not mixed and they still keep their Chinese life.


  2. A lot because the Chinese controlled Vietnam for over 1000 years.  They wanted to populate Vietnam and made it to become China, but did not succeed

  3. about 2-3%,they live in Cho lon(Greatmarket) in Hochiminh city and the south of Vietnam
