A friend of mine said to me, "Anh nho thuong em, va anh da biet noi tieng yeu em dau tien.". I can read it but I'd like someone to translate this into english please?

I love and miss you very much and the first thing I've learned to say is "I love you".

Just from a dorky little translator, I get:

"Younger sister grape thuong Great Britain, skin You biet adenoid vegetations follow younger sister tieng yeu dau tien."

The fact that there are no tonal marks on those words you gave me means this is about as close as I can get. A native speaker is what you need, and I don't think there are too many on Y!Answers. Just wait though, maybe someone else can help you.
