Viewing Seven Broadcast is UK ? ANY IDEAS??

I am desperatly trying to view some interviews and other Videos from the Olympics which were earlier broadcast by Seven... It wont allow me to replay them in the UK ! It's really frustrating so if anyone has ANY IDEAS please let me know!!

No hope.  It is bad enough getting anything out of CH 7 here in Aus  BBC dont allow us to view there either

Trust me you're not missing much...the television coverage is shocking and Yahoo7! mainly has human interest stories rather than any decent interviews anyway...

You could try sites like youtube perhaps and see if anyone has uploaded them of their own accord..

I am in exactly the same situation as you, just the other way round and fully appreciate your frustration. I have unlimited access to Channel 7/Yahoo 7 (unfortunately), but really wanted to watch the footage on the bbc website. You'll find that you can only find footage of the olympics on your countries host channel website (i.e the bbc), as they're the ones that have paid for the rights to broadcast the olympics in your country.

I emailed Yahoo 7 with a completely different question and received this random response, hopefully it will answer your question (but not solve your problem):

"The International Olympic Committee requires Yahoo!7 to geographically restrict its broadcast of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games to users located in Australia. Accordingly, we are unable to allow users located outside of Australia to access this video content. We apologise for any inconvenience, and hope that you enjoy the rest of our coverage of the Olympic Games."

(Just so people don't think i'm being particularly dumb, Channel 7 and yahoo 7 are essentially the same thing for the olympics. The links for footage etc on the channel 7 website take you directly to the yahoo 7 website).
