Viewing my photo in chat?

Question

I just see a generic grey icon that says "Me" with a conversation balloon coming out of it's mouth, but I can't find out how to upload my pic and view the other person's pic that i am chatting with

At your Yahoo! Messenger:

1. Click on Messenger

2. From the drop down, click on My Display Image

3. Click the Select button.

4. Click on the Browse button and choose which of your photos to upload from your My Pictures folder.

5. Click OK and you're done.

* Make sure you that you have set your YM to: share my picture mode.
