So I have a PC in my room connected to a router, the router in my room is connected to the main router in my house which has all the other PCs connected to it. Now I want my router to act more as a 1 RJ45 socket to 4 RJ45 socket adapter. But its not allowing me to see other PCs on the network only the computers hooked up to that router, how do I fix this?

  1. Disable the dhcp server in the router, give it an ip address different than the main router.  plug everything into lan ports on the router with nothing plugged in to its wan port
