Viewsat extreme dead

Question

my viewsat extreme box is about six months old and the front panel does not work and all it shows on the lcd is four bars - - - - and nothing else. if you turn it off and on front behind sometimes the display changes the bars to diferent angles and positions,sometimes numbers,dots but nothing happens can you please help?
