Viewtiful Joe help?!?!?

How do you get boxes that are in the background?!?

I've tried all three V powers but can't seem to make it work

Also are there any tricks to getting more V points?

Please help

Use Mach Speed, beat up on baddies, your afterimages will start attacking the boxes in the background if you've purchased that move.

I don't remember the name of the move though. Regardless, using mach speed isn't usually how you want to get a high V rating.
